About the Speaker: Dr. Lila Derickson is a naturopathic physician who loves to empower and support people with mental and emotional health concerns. Conditions that she works with include anxiety, depression, body image concerns, ADHD, bipolar disorder, disordered eating, insomnia, and stress management. She welcomes people of all shapes and sizes, and approaches treatments from a weight-neutral perspective.Dr. Derickson earned her degree in naturopathic medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. After graduating in 2018, she was awarded a position at the Amenda Clinic through NUNM’s residency program. She is also completing the final year of her Master of Science in Integrative Mental Health, a program which has greatly increased her skillfulness in mind-body medicine techniques.
