University Council
Join the Office of Student Life at the Winter 2019 University Council, where the Deans will present on recent issues brought up by student leaders, the SGA survey, and the annual Student Satisfaction Survey. Tea and coffee will be provided. Friday, March 8 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. in Mitchell Hall.
Open Study Spaces–Spring 2019
Next quarter, the Office of Student Life will be opening unused classrooms as study spaces. Whenever a class, meeting, or student event isn’t happening in our least-used classrooms, they will be open for 2 or more hours as “Open Study Space.” Expect 1-3 extra study spaces to be open at any given time throughout the week. A full list of classrooms will be released in the coming weeks. You will be able to view these spaces on the MyNUNM Campus Calendar starting April 8 (see: Open Study Spaces).

Come learn about the LymphStar treatment and try out the ‘chi machine.’ In this hands-on afternoon we will learn various practices to help maintain the vitality of the lymph, a very important system within the body. Hosted by Naturopathic Society. Refreshments will be provided. Friday, March 8, 4:30-6 p.m., Room 302.
ONCOLOGY CLUB (“CANCER PATIENTS AND INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE”): Dr. Kelly Baltazar will be sharing her story of how she came to play a vital role on a team of healthcare providers serving cancer patients within the framework of integrative medicine, and the modalities she found to be most supportive for the patients she served.
